Gear Head, The City Needs Your Help!!!

Luis Mendoza was a typical guy, untill one day when a small ailen craft crashed into his truck and a tiny green alien shounted at him in some alien language, before throwing a glowing black gear shape into his hands and running away. Now while the crystal grants him the power to transform into a superhero and because of it brought nothing but a big headache for his trouble.
With the Mayor on his back about the property damage from his heroic actions defending the city, Luis must now be under the watchful eye of a tag along city account, assigned to keep tabs on his adventuring costs. sometimes leaping to action is a lil harder than you think.
