Description
I am not a fan of the new 52 and the redesign of many of their characters. wonder woman's design was so bad they had to redesign it back to something back to the classic version. I decided to do a version of it myself but make it more battle ready. I wanted it to show her Amazonian roots and skilled fighter and yet reflect her classic version.
I added shoulder straps with armored guards , cuz lets face it she is known for wearing a one piece bathing suit people, I always felt as a female role model she needed to both strong and feminine something I feel her classic costume was lacking (and yes I know she some times wears ceremonial armor and diff armors from time to time but why not always) wanted the trademark bracelets to be more like gauntlets. Gave her a leather roman style skirt with chainmail underneath and finally some armored boots. finished it all with a wonder woman style sword and shield on her back, only issue with this pic is that I didn't get to show the shield.

I'm not really much of a DC fan, but this is one of the best Wonder Woman outfits I've seen. I really like all the bits of armor you've added to the costume. They give it the look of something truly functional, certainly more than the typical spandex does. You've still kept that fun super-hero charm in there too, that balance between functional and fun is a tough one and in my opinion you've done really well with it. Great work!
